The following terms and conditions govern your use of Build Safe’s engineering consultancy and inspection services. Please read them carefully before requesting any service.
1) Scope of Service
Our engineering inspection services are limited to visual examination and non-destructive testing (NDT) only, and do not include any demolition, removal, or structural intervention unless separately agreed.
2) Nature of Reports
All reports are advisory and technical, intended to support decision-making. They are supported by photos and readings and reflect the property’s condition at the time of inspection only; they are not an absolute guarantee of the property’s future safety.
3) Limitation of Liability
The company bears no responsibility for non-visible or hidden defects not discovered during the inspection, nor for any changes occurring after the inspection date. Use of the report is at the client’s own responsibility.
4) No Property Valuation
The company’s services do not include assessing or pricing the market value of the property; its role is limited to technical and engineering evaluation only.
5) Visit & Inspection Conditions
The team must be granted access to all parts of the property under inspection. If any part cannot be accessed, this is noted in the report and the company bears no responsibility for it. The service includes one visit only per request.
6) Modifications & Additions
Any additional requests outside the agreed package are priced and carried out separately. The report is not amended after issuance except in the case of a clear technical error.
7) Report Delivery Time
The report is delivered within the agreed period after the inspection is completed; delivery time may vary depending on the size and type of the project.
8) Cancellation or Postponement
The client may postpone the appointment with prior notice. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the company may charge the visit fee.
9) Confidentiality
The company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client data and information, and no reports or data are shared with any third party without the client’s consent.
10) Usage Rights
The report is intended for the client’s private use only and may not be republished or used for commercial purposes without the company’s written consent.
11) Acceptance of Terms
Requesting the service or confirming a booking constitutes implicit acceptance of all the terms and conditions stated.
